Little Alexandra Hope Kelly was popping her balloons at her home in Clinton on Oct. 1 when she was suffocated by a large number "7" balloon her family purchased for her birthday party.

Kelly purchased a series of decorative balloons for her daughter, Alexandra Kelly, ahead of her seventh birthday party on Sept. 24, she wrote in a Facebook post shared on Sunday.
