MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — A Black man hospitalized for a week following an arrest in which Alabama police shocked him with a Taser and punched him died Tuesday, law enforcement said.

In 2020, the death of Robert Fuller, a 24-year-old Black man found hanging from a tree in June in Palmdale, California, was ruled a suicide, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department said.
