The Brandon mall has done better than most. The mall east of Tampa first opened in 1995 as the Brandon Town Center off of Interstate 75 and the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway.

Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, dog park, walking trail and firepits. Brandon Town Center sits on 55 acres in the northeast corner of South Lakewood Drive and Brandon Parkway.
