Sean “Diddy” Combs once threw a knife that came “pretty close” to hitting his one-time girlfriend Cassie Ventura, a witness just told jurors. Bryana “Bana” Bongolan — a friend of Ventura’s — recounted a time she saw the Bad Boy Records founder get violent toward his longtime on-and-off girlfriend.

Ventura was more than eight months pregnant when she took the stand on May 13. On her third day on the stand, lead prosecutor Maurene Comey called for a speedy cross-examination, predicting Ventura could have her baby over the weekend.

Combs’ former stylist Deonte Nash testified that the disgraced music mogul’s degrading insults would cause the singer to “go into a depression.”
