The Draft is only 15 days away and NFL Draft organizers are celebrating a milestone in their construction timeline on Wednesday afternoon, beginning to raise the roof on the NFL Draft stage.

The Lookouts are seeking approval for a large rooftop sign and message board signs at their new stadium on the Southside.
