Elon Musk is facing a lawsuit from the SEC for not disclosing his large stake in Twitter in a timely manner. A summons has been issued and served to a SpaceX security guard. The SEC claims Musk waited too long before revealing his substantial Twitter shares.

A process server gave the civil summons and other documents on March 14 to a security guard at the Brownsville, Texas, headquarters of SpaceX, the space technology company of which Musk is CEO, the filing said.
