CORTLAND, N.Y. (WBNG) -- WATCH: Snow over the weekend made the local ski mountain, Greek Peak, a hot spot on Monday despite the cold temperatures.

Thanks to the new technology, it's also helping the mountain save money. The snow guns are already blowing out fresh powder at Greek Peak ahead of its anticipated opening this Thursday.
