ATLANTA — A Georgia woman celebrated a milestone birthday as she turned 104 years old. Frances Thrasher celebrated her 104th birthday at the A.G. Rhodes Atlanta Center on Sunday, April 6.

There will be an open house to celebrate Frances Fetter's 90th birthday on Saturday, March 21st from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Reynolds. Your presence is your gift.
