Kendrick Lamar is back on top. The Compton rapper’s latest album GNX has returned to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart and is joined by two other works, further cementing K. Dot’s legendary status.

Kendrick, on the other hand, proudly stood alone on stage for Sunday’s Super Bowl LIX halftime show at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. Special musical guest SZA joined him halfway through the set, but the 37-year-old rapper became the first solo hip-hop artist to headline the halftime show in Super Bowl history.

Instead of a classic greatest hits medley, Kendrick Lamar opted to perform songs from his latest album and two Drake diss tracks at the Super Bowl.
