Leaders from Palm Beach County’s Hispanic community gathered Thursday for a luncheon held by Sheriff Ric Bradshaw.

On one side of the box truck was a festive message, but on the other, were pictures of city leaders and a message urging residents to take action and to call for better pay for officers.
