SEATTLE — One year after beloved dog walker Ruth Dalton was killed in a carjacking, a memorial plaque was unveiled in her honor Wednesday at Madison Beach Park in Seattle.

A newly installed bench and plaque with Dalton’s famous words: Come – Sit – Stay. “I heard her words, when she was upset with a dog - come, sit stay,” Robert explained.
