A teenage terrorist from the Palestinian Authority city of Tulkarem stabbed a man in Tel Aviv on Shabbat afternoon. The victim, a 28-year-old Israeli man was seriously wounded in his upper body in the attack on the corner of Mikveh Israel and HaHashmal Streets, according to the Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency medical response organization.
