Officials have identified the four people who died when a medical plane crashed on the Navajo Nation, after taking off in Albuquerque.

Those killed were Amanda Benson, Kameilia Chavez, Nicholas Mancuso and Jeffrey Tuning. No passengers or patients were on board, CSI Aviation said.
