The Stars reintroduced Glen Gulutzan as their coach, with he and the franchise both in much different places than a dozen years ago.

But, even if the general manager and coach hit on all the right points Wednesday, you’d think the new/old guy ought to at least pick up where DeBoer left off, and soon, or Gulutzan’s latest tour of Dallas won’t last much longer than the first.

Gulutzan spent the last seven seasons with Edmonton where the Oilers qualified for the postseason in six of the seven years and reached the Stanley Cup Final in each of the last two
