Friday February 5 is National Wear Red Day, an effort by the American Heart Association to spread awareness of the number one women’s health threat: heart disease.

If you see people wearing red today, it’s likely to support the “Go Red for Women” campaign, which shines a light on women’s heart health and runs through February.
