Harvard University is in federal court in its ongoing battle with the Trump administration over more than $2 billon in government funding halted by the White House in spring.

Harvard University urged a federal judge on Monday to order President Donald Trump's administration to restore about $2.5 billion in funding.

The judge did not issue a ruling Monday in the closely watched fight over more than $2 billion in canceled federal research funding. But she said the government’s arguments raised “mind-boggling” questions.
