Shares of software giant Oracle Corporation (ORCL) traded over 9% higher in Thursday’s premarket session, as Wall Street analysts raised their price targets following a better-than-expected fourth-quarter (Q4) earnings and guidance.

Oracle Corp.’s stock is on pace for its best performance in three-and-a-half years — and analysts like what lies ahead. While Oracle ORCL beat expectations with its latest earnings results, analysts seem especially impressed by the company’s guidance and its commentary on the new fiscal year.

The shares are set to resume gains after yesterday snapping a four-day win streak. Today's surge is also helping the security overcome resistance at the $180 region, which capped a February rally. Earlier jumping to its highest level of 2025, ORCL now sports a 42.4% year-over-year lead.
