Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly plotting a move for Bayern Munich midfielder João Palhinha, just as Los Angeles FC have made contact over a blockbuster bid for Heung-min Son, according to reports from the Telegraph's Mike McGrath.

Son Heung-min starred as Tottenham opened the club's new stadium, earning his spot in this week's Team of the Week for FIFA 19 Ultimate Team.

The Europa League winners face Newcastle in Seoul, South Korea on August 3. That comes after a clash with north London rivals Arsenal in Hong Kong. As such, no decision over the South Korea attacker's future will be made until the Spurs squad are back in London.
