"Just as the Vero Beach power plant provided energy to the Vero Beach community for nearly 70 years, its rebirth as Big Blue at Three Corners will be a source of energy for the community and its visitors," the company said in its proposal, referring as the former power plant by its "Big Blue" nickname.
