TA Realty pays $118 million for a 300-unit Pembroke Pines apartment complex, amid an uptick in South Florida multifamily deals.

TA Realty dropped $118 million for a multifamily property in Pembroke Pines, Fla., property records show. The 19-acre property, called Bell Pembroke Pines, holds 300 apartments at 16700 Sheridan Street, a mile west of Interstate 75 and four miles from Everglades National Park. The sale breaks down to just over $393,300 per unit.

Executives from TravelCenters America (TA) and BP held a ribbon cutting for the two companies' first DC fast charging hub in Florida.

TravelCenters of America and bp pulse, bp’s electric vehicle charging business, has launched 12 ultra-fast EV charging bays available to the public at a TA in Jacksonville, Florida, strategically located along the I-95 corridor. The charging hub is the first of at least 40 that the company is planning at TA sites across the country.
