Some Long Island girls are opting for Scouting America over Girl Scouts for reasons including a focus on the outdoors.

Hudson, a five-star recruit in the class of 2024, began his college career at Texas Tech, where he appeared in eight games as a true freshman this past fall and caught just eight passes for 123 yards.
