These “dupes” include Lululemon’s Scuba hoodies, Define jackets, and ABC pants. While the Scuba hoodies sell for around $128, Costco alleged unauthorized versions are priced as low as $8.

Lululemon sells several men's jackets that cost more than $100 each. Costco, based in Issaquah, Washington, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Tuesday.

Lululemon alleges that Costco has stolen the intellectual property of its Scuba hoodies and sweatshirts, Define jackets and ABC pants.

The wholesaler is accused of stealing designs from Lululemon’s “Scuba” activewear, “Define” jackets and “ABC” pants for its value-conscious Kirkland brand.
