Northern California is bracing for another winter storm this week, which is set to bring heavy rain and snow and impact holiday travelers. Here's the timing and totals we're expecting.

While much of the day Wednesday will be dry, major changes are heading to Northern California, bringing rain, wind and heavy snow that will lead to whiteout conditions in the Sierra.

A Tsunami Advisory was issued on Saturday evening following 7.6 magnitude earthquake, which occurred southwest of the Cayman Islands in the Northwest Pacific. The National Tsunami Warning Center said sea-level fluctuations and strong ocean currents were possible in the aftermath of the earthquake but the threat did not rise to a Tsunami Warning.
