A live-action Pacific Rim television series from Eric Heisserer (Shadow and Bone, Bird Box) based on Legendary’s epic giant robot film franchise is in development at Amazon, Deadline has learned.

The “Pacific Rim” TV series has found a home at Amazon, Variety has learned exclusively. As previously reported, Eric Heisserer will serve as writer and executive producer under his Chronology banner.

Looks like the Kaiju and Jaegers are gearing up for a comeback, and this time, they’re stomping their way onto Prime Video.
