Starz shared new teaser art and an August premiere date for "Blood of My Blood," an "Outlander" prequel series about Jamie and Claire's parents.

The series is a prequel to “Outlander,” which premiered on Starz in 2014 and has run for seven seasons with an eighth season incoming. “Blood of My Blood” will feature a new cast and characters, while also giving origin stories to characters from the original series and new points of view on some of the original’s events.
