President Donald Trump on Thursday issued an executive order titled “SAVING COLLEGE SPORTS,” a directive aimed at regulating the rapidly shifting landscape in college sports

Donald Trump signed his highly-anticipated executive order on Thursday night to save college sports. While an early version of the draft was leaked by Yahoo Sports early last week, a few new notable stipulations stood out in the final version: third-party pay-for-play payments will be prohibited and institutions that bring in over $125 million in revenue are required to provide the maximum number of roster spots for non-revenue sports.

In the Emerson College poll, the president received an approval rating of 45 percent on immigration versus a 46 percent disapproval rating. This is the first time the president's approval rating on the issue has been negative with the pollster during his second term in office.

Parker and Stone reached a $1.5 billion streaming deal with Paramount after a monthslong bidding war, according to the Los Angeles Times. Paramount is the parent company of Comedy Central, where South Park airs, and CBS—which has received widespread criticism over its decision to cancel The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

But in the return to the airwaves of Comedy Central stalwart South Park — the first episode since March 2023 — the creators of the irreverent, long-running cartoon series just couldn’t resist. Trump is skewered for his connections to Jeffrey Epstein and is depicted as a man who has lined the walls of the White House with naked photos of himself.
