US Weekly on MSN‘Ginny and Georgia’ Fans Are Not Buying That Diesel La Torraca’s Austin Is Still Only 9 Years OldDiesel La Torraca's character Austin looked significantly different when 'Ginny and Georgia' returned for season 3 on Netflix
Ginny was 15-years-old during the first season of Ginny and Georgia and then celebrated her 16th birthday during season two. When the show started Antonia Gentry, who plays Ginny, was 23-years-old, and so had an age gap of eight years from her character. But now as the show goes into it's third season, she's more than a decade older than Ginny.
During the eighth episode of season 3, which premiered on Thursday, June 5, Georgia ( Brianne Howey) started to lose hope of getting out of prison. She was put behind bars after trying to run away amid her trial — even though she turned herself in.
During the trial, Georgia is under house arrest, so Ginny and Austin must struggle through the public fallout of their mother’s actions alone, which makes Georgia feel like an even worse mom. The trial and the guilt that Georgia carries are what drive most of the tension in the third season.
