Fire crews are cleaning up the aftermath of a lumber yard fire in Sacramento Friday morning, according to fire officials.

(Photo via L.A. County Fire Department) VERNON (CBSLA) - A fire at a lumber yard in Vernon damaged more than 100 unused railroad ties Friday, authorities said. No injuries were reported in the fire.

The lumber yard's grand opening will be held Aug. 29 and 30 and will feature a hot dog stand, a charity chicken barbecue, and giveaways including Buffalo Bills tickets and a Dewalt drill kit.
