The Lorain County Coroner's Office has identified the suspect involved in the ambush shooting that left three Lorain police officers wounded on Wednesday. The suspect, Michael Parker, 28, of Lorain, was pronounced dead at the scene after the shooting.
The funeral for an Ohio police officer killed in the line of duty has been scheduled. As reported by News Center 7, Lorain Police Officer Phillip Wagner died Thursday from his injuries sustained in an ambush shooting on July 23. Officer Wagner’s funeral will be on Wednesday, July 30, at Rocket Arena in Cleveland, according to his online obituary.

LORAIN, Ohio (WOIO) - Investigators say shooting suspect Michael Joseph Parker, 28, of North Lakeview Boulevard, in Lorain was found with multiple high-powered rifles, handguns and large amounts of an explosive called Tannerite.
