NFL Network reports Mickey Loomis has informed several Saints coach candidates they’re out of the race, and he’ll continue negotiations with Eagles OC Kellen Moore:

All signs point to Kellen Moore becoming the next head coach of the New Orleans Saints -- most critically, the fact general manager Mickey Loomis told other candidates in the race he's waiting until after Super Bowl LIX to make a decision on who he'll hire.
