Indiana Pacers to host Oklahoma City Thunder in 2025-26 season opener in NBA Finals rematch
INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Pacers' final opponent in the 2024-25 season will be their first opponent in the 2025-26 season. The Pacers will host the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday, Oct. 23 at 7:30 p.m. at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The game will air on ESPN.
Pacers: 5-5, averaging 110.4 points, 40.3 rebounds, 24.2 assists, 9.9 steals and 6.0 blocks per game while shooting 46.4% from the field. Their opponents have averaged 110.8 points.
The Pacers took Game 7 on the road at New York in the 2024 Eastern Conference semifinals. Their top eight players from that 130-109 victory are still with the team.
