Pretty much all auto parts / battery places will do a load test for free. The onboard BMW battery management is kinda in the middle in that it does measure voltage drop over time over a period of load.

A BMW will NEVER EVER fully charge its AGM battery. Bench charge your battery before installation. Then CHARGE it regularly and frequently.
