Dec 20, 2024 · HPU, which was founded as High Point College in 1924, celebrated its centennial anniversary on Sept. 14. It was a major milestone for the university, which has grown from 122 students in its inaugural class in 1924 to the largest student enrollment in school history at 6,335 students this fall.

HIGH POINT, N.C., Dec. 24, 2024 – Thousands of community members have enjoyed the sights and sounds of the holiday season while driving through High Point University’s campus during HPU’s 13 th annual Christmas Drive celebration.

Dec 3, 2024 · High Point University invites the community to campus for a variety of free holiday events in December. Families will enjoy the sights and sounds of the holiday season with a magical ride through campus during HPU’s Annual Christmas Drive celebration, which is free and open to the public on the nights of Dec. 20-27.

Experience the thrill of the treetops with our exhilarating High Ropes Course and Zipline! Challenge yourself with daring obstacles, conquer your fears, and then glide through the air on our adrenaline-pumping zipline for an unforgettable ride.

Entrepreneurship Fellows will receive a $3,000 scholarship renewable annually based on academic performance and continued participation in the program. This is in addition to the High Point Scholarship, Presidential Scholarship, or Presidential Fellowship.

Visitor Registration: Students are required to notify the High Point University Campus Police/Security of any guests. Students can register all guests here. The only exception to this rule is family guests. A student can have more than one family member guest on campus.
